SERVICES

We provide commercial and residential service.

Cost for diagnostics/labor
Residential - $65.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour)

There is a $45.00 flat rate travel fee for local service.  Travel outside of local area is charged at a per mile rate.  
Proactive Maintenance

 

We will work with you to customize a proactive maintenance program to meet your needs that entails periodic visits by one of our technicians to perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.  The objective of this service is to increase the life of your equipment and reduce downtime and repairs.

Warranty Repair

 

If your equipment is under warranty with the manufacturer we will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure the appropriate repairs are made and the warranty agreement is honored.

Non-Warranty Repair

 

We will diagnose, procure parts and repair equipment no longer under manufacturer warranty.  Service is billed at an hourly rate.  Parts are sold separately.

New Equipment Installation

 

We will provide assistance with new equipment setup and configuration.
